Providing Personal Information
Providing personal information is generally voluntary. However, certain information is necessary where you wish to create an account, place an order, arrange delivery, request assistance or use another service that cannot reasonably be provided without that information.
If required information is not provided, Nursd Naturally Inspired may be unable to process an order, complete delivery, create or administer an account, verify a transaction or respond fully to a request.
Sharing Personal Information
Personal information may be shared with trusted service providers only where reasonably necessary for legitimate business and service purposes. These may include:

- Courier and delivery service providers
- Website hosting and information-technology service providers

Retention of Personal Information
Personal information will not be retained for longer than reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, except where retention is required or permitted by law, contract, consent, legitimate business requirements or another lawful basis.
Information that is no longer lawfully required will be deleted, destroyed, de-identified or otherwise dealt with in accordance with applicable requirements.
Security of Personal Information
Nursd Naturally Inspired takes reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against loss, damage, unauthorised destruction, unlawful access and unlawful processing.
Where a security compromise involving personal information occurs, it will be managed in accordance with applicable POPIA notification and response requirements.
Newsletter & Direct Marketing
Where you subscribe to the Nursd Naturally Inspired newsletter, your contact information may be used to send product news, skincare information, offers and related communications in accordance with applicable direct-marketing requirements.
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism provided with the communication.
Your POPIA Rights
Subject to POPIA and applicable limitations, a data subject may have the right to:

How to Request Access
